First, I was a guest on episode 72 of the RFP Success Show with Lisa Rehurek. We talked about why, and how, we should make an emotional connection with our evaluators in the proposal process. I really had fun talking to Lisa and sharing my thoughts and insights on the topic. If you’ve seen me present in the last year or so, you know this is a passion of mine right now. Lisa’s show is great to get actionable tips and insights into how we can improve our proposal approach.

Second, I appeared on episode 23 of Scribble Talk, with the amazing Ashley Kayes and Baskar Sundaram. Their show provides amazing insight and advice from leaders across the proposal and bid development industry. What I love about their show is how they cover pretty much everything, from where you grew up to who inspires you. They even throw in some amazing questions to keep you on your toes! So, if you want to know what Disney character I would be, or what celebrity I would take on a date, listen in. Also, be sure to check out their entire series. I have gotten to learn so much about a lot of my peers and those I look up to in the field.

I highly recommend both of these podcasts to anyone looking to learn more about the crazy field we work in. Hopefully, my appearances give you some ideas and insight into improving how you work on bids.
